– 4 garlic cloves, peeled
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon turmeric
– 1 teaspoon ginger
– 2 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 tablespoons grated cheese
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
